Satisfaction Guarantee

At anytime your are not satisfied with our service(s), we may grand refunds or a loyalty service upon the next visit. It is our goal that all of our clients to come in as they are and leave healthier, happier, and more vibrant than before.

Appointments and Walk Ins

Walk ins are always welcomed! Feel free to walk in anytime for a session. However, it is not guaranteed availability and you are welcomed to wait in our very beautiful and peaceful waiting area.

Appointments are preferred to assure availability of your session, especially if scheduling for Couples Massage or coming in with a friend for Reflexology.

Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable and things change. We openly accept cancellations. Please notify us at least 24 hours before so that we may properly adjust our schedules, move up waiting lists, and notify our therapists/reflexologists accordingly. This will ensure for smoother and quicker operations. Feel free to reschedule!

Payments

We accept all major forms of credit card payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx.

We also accept cash transactions. We do not accept personal checks except on special occasions.

Refunds

Online sales are non-refundable but can be credited for future services.

In Store sales are refundable upon incompletion or other special circumstances to be determined on a case by case review.
